Collaborated with painter Azul Aguamarina and three dancers to create 3 distinct site-specific movement installations inspired by and in conversation with Azul’s paintings.

Interdisciplinary Artist, MANDORLA, Utopia @ Mama Shelter, Hollywood CA 2022-Present
Created multimedia video art for Utopia @ Mama Shelter, projected every Sunday on the side of a building in the heart of Hollywood.

Choreographed Grammy award-winning electronic artist ZHU’s debut immersive “Blacklizt” show; Consulted on all aspects of production including structural & lighting design, musical arrangement, run of show, wardrobe/styling; Cast dancers in NYC, London + Shanghai; 2000+ attendees.   

 

Director/Choreographer, “You Cannot Stay on the Summit Forever”, Los Angeles CA 2017
Selected by The Dance Resource Center to present 30-minute multi-media dance performance for 3-night run at The Bootleg Theater; Designed and implemented fundraising campaign, created marketing/promotional materials and social media content; 300 attendees. 

 

Movement Artist, “Byz 2.0” with Paz Lenchantin of The Pixies, USC Visions & Voices, Los Angeles, CA 2017
Performed a structured improvisation with Paz Lenchantin & Gregorian chanters in renowned Russian artist Olya Dubatova’s interdisciplinary work for USC’s “Visions and Voices” in which the USC gym was transformed into a Byzantine-era church.

Co-developed the first international gap year program for dancers in NYC, LA & Abroad; Recruited world-renowned educators & staff; Designed curriculum, mentor students, provide professional development and entrepreneurial education; Co-developed 150-Hour Virtual DGY Program certified by the UN International Council of Dance during COVID-19.
